How to request deletion
In-app (recommended): Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and follow the prompts.
Via email: Send a request to [email protected]
with the subject “Madin Adblue App Delete Account Request.”
We may verify your identity by sending a code to your login email or asking you to re-sign in via Zalo / Google / Apple.
What we delete
Your account and profile (name, email, avatar, provider user ID).
Your in-app content and activity tied to your account.
Authentication tokens, sessions, and linked devices.
What we may retain
Minimal records required to comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, or resolve disputes (e.g., transaction logs).
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot identify you.
Timeline
Acknowledgement: within 3 business days.
Completion: verified deletions are completed within up to 90 days.
Notes on Zalo / Google / Apple
Deleting your Madin Adblue App account does not delete your Zalo, Google, or Apple accounts.
To manage those accounts, please use their official privacy settings.
