Mechanism for receiving and resolving consumer complaints
- Madin is committed to protecting customer privacy and resolving any complaints regarding personal information in a fair and transparent manner.
- Customers can make complaints by calling the hotline, sending an email or coming directly to the company’s office.
- The complaint must clearly state the affected information, the content of the complaint and the customer’s request. Madin will receive and record the customer’s complaint information within no more than 24 working hours from the time of receipt.
- After receiving the complaint, Madin will verify the information and investigate to clarify the content of the complaint, and will notify the customer of the verification and investigation results within no more than 15 working days from the date of receiving the complaint.
- If the customer’s complaint is valid, Madin will take appropriate remedial measures, such as modifying, deleting or ceasing to process the customer’s personal information.
- Madin will notify the customer of the corrective measures taken.
